Alongside Teresa, the character in whom Dracula is particularly interested. Teresa
he views as a nice meal; Guy as a potential protegé. Guy is tallish, physically attractive.
An air of public school superiority, he dresses well in that annoying- effortless
way which some people are blessed with, the sort of bloke who would look good in
anything.
He looks fit (although not muscle-bound), again in a somehow effortless way, as
if such things come so easily to him they are not worth worrying about. There is
a hint of Dorian Gray about him.
His personality matches his looks as his tie matches his socks: sarcastic, cocky,
haughty, casually but deliberately hurtful towards others almost as a reflex action.
Supremely, unshakably self-confident. Other than his unbridled cynicism about life,
he sees all things- love, enthusiasm, optimism, belief- as forms of weakness.
